issue account credit; or
-
provide a refund.
Any such refund decision shall be subject to investigation, verification, Stripe/payment processor deductions, administrative costs, fraud checks, and these Terms.
Swiftax is not obligated to issue refunds for temporary interruptions, maintenance periods, browser incompatibilities, internet failures, or issues outside its direct control.
